As a French native, whose Moroccan parents migrated to France in the 1970s, Omar is driven by entrepreneurship and adventure. He counts to his name management roles in London, Amsterdam, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore, representing both agencies and brands. Today acting as BI WORLDWIDE's Director of Business Development APAC, Omar Hadoui brings with him nearly 20 years of working with multicultural teams across Europe and Asia, immersed in shaping corporate sales strategy, consulting in change management, operational excellence and marketing.
He is energised by corporate cultures which embrace diversity and growth, and aspires to contribute to BI WORLDWIDE's mission to help businesses dynamically grow. He cultivates trust, accountability and fun among the teams that he leads, to nurture collaborative intelligence that leads to success. He has thrived in a spectrum of sectors, driving business performance, transformation and innovation, employee value proposition related solutions, marketing and digital services, delivering go-to-market strategies and execution campaigns.
Omar is a certified scuba diver, freediver and skydiver and a self-confessed adrenaline junkie. He names Paulo Coelho’s The Alchemist among his early influences to adopt the life motto “There is no growth in comfort”, and believes that beyond finances, the greater wealth to be gained in life is in acquiring diverse, meaningful life experiences.
Originally from Finland, Marcus embodies a global perspective enriched by diverse cultural experiences gained from over 23 years living in Southeast Asia and more than a decade each in Europe and North America. He has spent the last 13 years in Singapore helping HR and Sales leaders across APAC make better, faster decisions. Marcus holds the role of Strategic Partnerships Director at BI WORLDWIDE, spearheading initiatives to drive business growth across the region.
Prior to joining BI WORLDWIDE, he held a variety of positions at WiredScore, LinkedIn, Gartner (formerly CEB) and Frost & Sullivan, where he played instrumental roles in driving business expansion, launching new products, and fostering client relationships at the highest levels. His expertise in key account management and executive advisory services has been instrumental in shaping the success stories of these organizations in the region.
He holds an MBA from American University and a BBA from James Madison University. Marcus is an avid participant in endurance events, such as Ironman Triathlons, showcasing his commitment to personal excellence and resilience. He is fluent in English and Finnish, and brings with him to BI WORLDWIDE a passion for excellence, coupled with an unwavering commitment to client success, as the business looks to drive growth and innovation in the APAC region.
Hamza Akaouch drives strategic innovation as BI WORLDWIDE's Strategic Partnerships Director. With a keen interest in market dynamics, behavioural psychology, and economics, he leverages his consultancy experience to build impactful partnerships that maximise value for the organisation and its clients.
Hamza holds a BSc in Business Management and an MSc in Marketing and Consumer Behavior, and has also worked extensively in the UK, North Africa, and Southeast Asia. His 8+ years of global consultancy experience across diverse industries (ICT, Oil and Gas, Banking, Retail, Healthcare) informs his strategic approach.
At BI WORLDWIDE, Hamza collaborates with cross-functional teams to refine user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring seamless alignment of partnerships with business goals. His strong understanding of employee and channel partner behaviours drives executable specifications that enhance the effectiveness of his strategic. Hamza is also particularly focused on maximising employee performance, reducing attrition costs, and fostering strategic partnerships that deliver exceptional results.
Kevin Ng is a seasoned finance and HR professional with over 10 years of leadership experience in diverse industries, including conglomerates, software, and consumer goods. His cross-functional background in finance, sales operations, and analytics provides a unique perspective for understanding stakeholder needs. He has also greatly contributed to a multitude of global projects rolled out across China, Taiwan and the US.
Kevin is a strong supporter of BI WORLDWIDE's mission to drive greater business results by improving employee experiences both internally and externally, and enjoys collaborating with his team to tackle complex challenges for each client.
A lifelong learner, Kevin holds an Accountancy and Economics degree, Certified Public Accountant Australia (CPA Aust.), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and an Executive MBA. He's currently pursuing further studies in HR and languages. His diverse hobbies, from table tennis to violin, foster adaptability and fresh insights. Kevin is also dedicated to mentorship, believing in helping others around him reach their full potential.
Liza Lee brings over nine years of expertise in rewards management to her role, specialising in the Asia Pacific region. Her experience spans 10 countries, fostering a robust vendor network and a nuanced understanding of cultural preferences in incentive programs. Having joined BI WORLDWIDE APAC in 2014, Liza played a pivotal role in establishing the regional head office, demonstrating her adaptability and resourceful approach to challenges.
In line with BI WORLDWIDE's objectives, Liza crafts engaging rewards strategies that are backed by behavioural science to inspire teams to perform, and collaborates with various stakeholders to tailor programmes for cross-cultural impact. Liza finds deep satisfaction in recognising employee contributions and fostering a culture of celebration. She thrives within the supportive BI WORLDWIDE family and is committed to empowering others around her to reach their full potential.
Nick Wilkes has over three decades of IT/Tech leadership, specifically having placed a deep focus on business improvement for the past 20 years. His vast experience working with blue-chip clients on complex global projects has honed his expertise in organisational structures, ecosystems, and operational strategy.
With a diverse skillset spanning software development, solutions architecture, project design, and leadership, Nick has driven success for high-profile initiatives around the world. Since 2009, he's been instrumental in building and managing BI WORLDWIDE's regional IT development and infrastructure services across mainland China, Asia Pacific, and Australia.
Nick's passion lies in leveraging technology to transform business operations and achieve strategic goals. He thrives on collaborating with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and drive positive outcomes globally. Within the BI WORLDWIDE family, Nick finds a dynamic environment where his expertise and leadership contribute to the company's continued growth and success.
Esther New brings over a decade of expertise in project management to her role as Head of Project Management APAC. She leads the Client Services division, forging strong partnerships with multinational clients across diverse industries, including Banking & Finance, Technology, Insurance, and Manufacturing. Her experience spans project implementation, delivery, and ongoing operational support for both regional and global initiatives.
Driven by a passion for performance improvement, Esther leverages her knowledge of behavioural economics to collaborate with the sales team, delivering insightful solutions to clients. She is dedicated to optimising workflows, communication, and processes, seeking innovative ways to boost engagement.
